Meadow slimes are somewhat rare slimes that hide in flower patches they seem to be related to both Tangle and aloha slimes though closer to the later than the former.

The meadow slime's diet mainly consists of fruit though it will eat veggies if it gets desperate it's favourite food is the Pilly bloom which seems to be related to a fruit from the island called Australia.

Slimology[]
Meadow slimes share their appearance with Tangle slimes except that instead of one huge flower on the top of their head they have multiple smaller flowers of different colours on their head along with this their body is a lighter green on the outside while the same dark green on the inside.
Meadow slime like aloha slimes produce a floral aroma that calms down other slimes but other slimes(excluding slimes that don't eat plorts, stink slimes and fume slimes) are also attracted to this smell and they try to get into the meadow slimes pen and do something that will be touched on later.

Although these slimes are not out to get you if you have been feeding them regularly in person and let them free roam they will occasionally bounce up and stick to your face to show that they like you this ends up with you being unable to see where you are going because all you can see is a smiling green face.
As said above Meadow slimes attract other slimes to them because of their sent, the other slimes are not just coming to them to smell their flowers though other fruit and veggie eating slimes as well as some meat eaters will try to eat the flowers right off of the Meadow slimes back. Once all the flowers are gone from the meadow slime's back it becomes sad and it's face changes to having tears coming out of it's eyes and a frown on it face and it won't produce any plorts while in this state.[]

normal meadow plorts are ground up to create an expensive fertilizer that makes any plant grow slightly bigger than normal as well as make the more desired features of the plant far more prominant. They are also used to make strings of glowing jewls that are hung around gardens to attract bees and other helpful bugs as well as producing the same floral aroma that the slime itself makes.

this plort is far more sort after than the other plort that the Meadow slime makes as it is far rarer only being produced by the Meadow slime during spring. the main reason it is sort after is the fact that when it is planted is a well looked after garden with nutritious soil they grow into another slime known as the bulb slime a small slime that surves no value to a rancher as it doesn't produce plorts however it is highly sort after by rich families whose children want a pet but the parents don't want to deal with any messes as the bulb slime doesn't even leave a trail when it bounces.
Appearance[]
meadow slimes have a dark green middle with a lighter yellowy green outer edge they sport a crown of flowers of varing colours the style of the flowers however is affected by where they live (e.g if a Meadow slime came from The Dreamlight meadows they wold have a crown of starblooms) they have a normal slime face.
Tips[]
- If a Meadow slime has lost all it's flowers you can feed one you have to it and it will regain one of it's flowers
- try feeding a meadow plort to a Stink slime
Trivia[]
- the other slimes eating the flowers from a Meadow slimes head is a reference to actual edible flowers
- the Meadow plort is a green glowing plort with a coloured flower in the middle, the flower's colour is different for each plort
- the seed plort is thinner than other plorts and is coloured like a sunflower seed.
